SkyRise manufactures structural wall panels and pre-finished STO Panels for every project within our own controlled indoor facilities.  Cold formed steel framing components are assembled on state-of-the-art compression tables, and welded completely providing maximum strength, quality and durability.  Watch the general steps on how StoPanel's are fabricated.  A fabrication process developed by Porsche Consulting for Skyrise. Each control layer applied with precision within our controlled facility. Engineered drawings include CFS framing layouts, sheathing diagrams, and STO finish/Ecoshape layouts along with material specifications.  The results are outstanding.
